International Travel Safety

Tuesday, December 2nd, 2008

In general, we do not write about negative happenings in our column. However, with all that is going on in the world, it is important to travel smart and hopefully safely. I traveled 2 days after 9-11, so I’m not one that let’s terrorism stop me. However, I do try to stay alert and be smart about my surroundings.

The article in USAToday is what spurred my comments. It is worth reading.

On the same note, Norm and I are going to Texas tomorrow, Brenda is flying from Delaware to Florida and the The Hill Team is still going on the IFWTWA Conference at Sea early January. Brenda and I will be off to Lyon in January with Master Chef Herve Laurent.

So, don’t stop traveling. Just travel smart and enjoy.

Be sure and sign up for our posts and remember we do not share our list.
